Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

My work as a hypnotherapist is grounded in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, an approach that combines modern neuroscience with practical, forward-focused techniques to support positive change.

A great deal of my understanding in this area has been shaped by the work of David Newton, who is widely regarded as a founding figure in the development of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

I completed my training with Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training, which provides an in-depth, science-based approach to understanding the brain, the mind, and how we can support lasting, positive change.
