The Mind Behind Mindset Style
Hello, I'm Bryony Way.
I'm a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, Mindset Specialist and the founder of Mindset Style®.
For many years, I've been fascinated by why we think, feel and behave the way we do — and by how understanding our brain and mind can positively influence the way we experience life.
One of the things I find most fascinating is that our brain and mind aren't fixed. The way we think, feel and view ourselves can change and, despite its name, our mindset isn't set.
As a hypnotherapist, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of people feel calmer, happier and more confident, overcome challenges, and achieve positive change.
Over the years, I've worked with clients both in the UK and, thanks to the wonders of modern technology, around the world, giving me the opportunity to support people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
Again and again, I've seen how powerful it can be when people begin to understand what's happening in their minds and discover they have more influence over their thoughts, feelings and experience of life than they realised.
My background is in education, with over 25 years as a teacher. Throughout my career, I loved helping people learn, grow and discover new ways of thinking.
Mindset Style brings together that passion for education with my fascination for neuroscience, mindset and human behaviour.
Before training as a hypnotherapist, I experienced hypnotherapy myself and was amazed by the difference it made.
It genuinely had such a positive impact on my life and how I felt, and I wanted to understand why — So, I decided to train as a hypnotherapist myself and set about learning as much as I could about our amazing brains. As I learned more about how our minds work, I began to understand myself in a completely different way.
Over time, that understanding helped me feel calmer, think differently about many situations, and ultimately transform my own experience of life.
It sparked a curiosity that has stayed with me ever since and played a significant role in the creation of Mindset Style®.
The more I learned about the brain and mind, the more convinced I became that understanding ourselves is one of the most valuable things we can do.
It can influence how we feel, how we respond, what we believe about ourselves, and ultimately how we experience life.
Mindset Style grew from a desire to share these ideas more widely and help more people discover the positive difference that understanding their own mind can make.
Mindset Style was created to make ideas about the brain and mind feel accessible, engaging and genuinely useful in everyday life.
My aim is to help more people understand themselves a little better, feel more in control of their minds, and get the most out of life.
Because understanding what's going on in our minds really can change everything.
